06/02/03/03 Jack:Does anyone know if the glass guides are available for the door glass, also the plastic rivit that holds the glass to the lift channel. I used the disassembly instructions that were posted and that worked great. Does anyone have the reassembly instructions they can share. All this because I wanted to rechrome my vent window frames, but they do look good. |

06/02/03 Ed Howell: The part# for the rivet is 06023546. This was still a good Chrysler part # as of 7/98 and the price my local Dodge dealer sold them to me for was $1.54 each. I have the 1966 Dodge parts manual & service guide if in the future I can be any help just let me know. I have been in the auto parts bussiness for 24 years so I have some kind of idea how valuable old catalogs and part numbers can be to people like us with the old car disease. |

06/14/03/03 Bob: I need some help in finding out what the power window wiring passed through between the body and the door. I would think that there was a flexable rubber tube. If so, where can I get two of them? |
A |
06/14/03 John: No tube, just wrapped. I wrapped mine and seems to be working OK. I was afraid there might be too much flex and they would come unwrapped. I did try some of the fiber/cloth type flex hose, didn't work so well. |

06/14/03 Larry: In addition, I used a rubber grommet, available in any size u want at the local hardware store for where the wires pass thru sheet metal. |
